The Jané Ventura winery presents the new vintage of Jané Ventura Sempreviva.
The grapes were handpicked, and then they were cooled, pressed and drawn-off. Then this organic white wine was fermented in stainless steel tanks.
After that, Jané Ventura Sempreviva 2021 was aged on its lees for 6 months.
Incidentally, the name Sempreviva means Strawflower, an intensely coloured yellow flower that blooms from May until late June. If picked at the right moment, it keeps its colour for a long time.
3,500 bottles produced.
The white wine Jané Ventura Sempreviva is medium yellow with some lemony glints.
This blend of Malvasia de Sitges and Muscat has a nice bouquet of white flowers over a background of tropical fruit, bitter herbs, citrus and some flinty and mineral remembrances.
This seductive white wine from Jané Ventura is fresh and smooth. Lively remembrances of citrus and tropical fruit, a dash of Mediterranean garrigue, and some salty and mineral remembrances. Crisp acidity and a long, delicious finish.
