Details
Produced by Celler Capçanes, Lasendal Selecció is made from a blend of 85% Grenache and 15% Syrah, coming from vines 10 to 40 years of age.
The grapes were separately harvested and vinified. After being fermented and macerated for 2 weeks in stainless steel tanks, this Spanish red wine from Montsant began malolactic fermentation, which was completed in French and American oak barrels of different ages.
Finally, Lasendal Selecció 2021 was aged for 9 months in those barrels, and for a further 2 months in concrete tanks.
Pair this red wine from Montsant with cheese, cold cuts and meat dishes.
