As customary, the new vintage of the wine Les Sorts Jove is produced with the carbonic maceration technique. A process seldom used to make blends, it allows for a greater aromatic and colouring intensity, as the grapes are not crushed prior to fermentation.
After that, the red wine Les Sorts Jove 2025 was fermented in stainless steel tanks and bottled after a gentle filtration.
We suggest that you serve this red wine from Montsant slightly cool.
