The wine Obsequi de l’Empordà is an interesting and unconventional Spanish white wine by bodega Castillo de Perelada.
A blend of White Grenache and Sauvignon Blanc, the grapes are sourced from estate vineyards located in DO Empordà.
The free-run juice of this white wine from Empordà was vinified in concrete diposits. After that, the white wine Obsequi de l’Empordà 2024 was aged for some time in the diposits.
This vegan white wine will make a nice pairing with pasta recipes, shrimp and soft cheese.
