Details
One of the bottlings of the Kosher wines series of bodega Celler de Capçanes, Peraj Petita Rosat is a Lo Mevushal and kosher-for-Passover Spanish rosé wine produced following the saignée method.
A varietal Grenache, this vegan rosé wine is sourced from 25 to 50-year-old vines planted on terraced vineyards with clay and granite soils located near Capçanes, DO Montsant.
The grapes were handpicked in early and mid September. After a short skin maceration, the wine must was fermented under controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks. Then Peraj Petita Rosat 2022 was bottled and kept for some months in the cellar.
Pair this rosé wine from Montsant with tapas, risottos, medium-aged cheese and cold meats.
Production around 15,000 bottles.
