The white wine Augustus Microvinificacions Malvasía de Sitges by Augustus winery (also know as Cellers Avgvstvs Forvm) is a part of the "microvinificacions” collection, focused on specific parcels of vines with particular features.
Made solely from Malvasia de Sitges, this Spanish white wine is sourced from vineyards around 10 years old situated in Avinyonet del Penedès, near the Garraf massif, DO Penedés.
The grapes were cold-pressed and drawn-off, after which 54% of this organic white wine was fermented in French oak barrels and subsequently aged on lees for 5 months. The second batch started fermentation in stainless steel tanks and completed the process in concrete eggs, where it was kept for 4 months.
Finally, the white wine Augustus Microvinificacions Malvasía de Sitges 2025 was bottled in March 2026.
