Produced by Augustus winery (also known as Bodegas Avgvstvs Forvm), the wine Augustus Primer Rosat is a young and savoury Spanish rosé wine made from 77% Cabernet Sauvignon and 23% Merlot.
This interesting organic rosé wine is made from vines around 30 years of age located at a distance of only 3 kilometres from the sea. This fact creates a special microclimate that protects the vineyards from the stifling summer heat and brings the wine a distinctive, fresh personality.
Then the grapes of this wine from Penedès were harvested by hand and cold macerated. Then each variety was separately fermented in stainless steel tanks.
After that, the rosé wine Augustus Primer Rosat 2025 was clarified, filtered and bottled.
