Nose

Well-defined, suggestive aromas typical of a Palomino Oloroso. Dry fruit and bitter herbs, with hints of noble woods, withered leaves and spices.

Palate

Smooth and complex, this fortified Oloroso wine from bodega González Byass has a very long finish with an aftertaste of roasted almonds, nuts and exotic spices.

Our personal opinion

The dry fortified wine González Byass Alfonso Oloroso is, like most wines from Sherry land, a paragon of versatility.
