Clean and bright, González Byass del Duque Amontillado 30 años is deep caoba, with some dark tinges.

This Amontillado made from Palomino is incredibly complex. Old leather, dry fruit, fine wood, iodine and brine, with some remembrances of "flor" and and hints of aromatic herbs and tobacco.

Palate

Dry, concentrated and also supple, this wine from bodegas González Byass has an intoxicating palate. Deep and ever-evolving, with a undending finish reminiscent of dry fruit, herbs and fine wood.
