A varietal Palomino, González Byass Viña AB Amontillado is a dry Spanish fortified wine produced by famed bodega González Byass.
This classy Amontillado dry wine from Jerez was aged following both a biological and an oxidative process. The first took place under the "flor"veil -the natural yeast membrane.- The second was carried out in American oak barrels with the traditional soleras and criaderas system, and lasted a minimum of 8 years.
We suggest drinking González Byass Viña AB Amontillado as an aperitif, or pairing it with dry fruit or chocolate.
