A varietal Pedro Ximénez, González Byass Noé Pedro Ximenez 30 años is a one-of-a-kind fortified Spanish wine produced by famed bodega González Byass, the mker of legendary Tío Pepe.
This sweet Spanish wine from Jerez was produced from sun-dried grapes. After that, it was aged for 30 years in American oak barrels with the traditional soleras and criaderas system.
The sweet fortified wine González Byass Noé Pedro Ximenez 30 años drinks excellently without food, as a meditation wine. Alternatively, we suggest pairing it with patisseries or, if you feel adventurous, with shrimp or premium Ibérico ham.
