The originality of this Palo Cortado from Jerez comes from the fact that, while the nose shows the typical characteristics of an Amontillado, the palate is similar to that of an Oloroso.
Meticulously crafted, this dry fortified wine underwent an oxidative aging process for over 12 years in the traditional soleras and criaderas system.

Intense and bright, González Byass Leonor Palo Cortado is amber-colored, with golden glints and an ochre rim.
Aromas of toasted almonds and hazelnuts, typical of a Palo Cortado made from Palomino, together with hints of noble wood, spices, vegetables and a iodine note.
Very complex and impressively concentrated, this fortified wine from bodega González Byass has a very long finish, with some toasted, spicy and nutty remembrances.
