Appearance

Clean, dense and bright, González Byass Matusalem Oloroso 30 años is amber coloured.

Nose

This blend of Palomino and Pedro Ximénez is immensely expressive. Aromas of dry fruit and raisins, typical of an Oloroso wine, with some spicy and bitter nuances, and a iodized hint

Palate

Mouthful and impressively concentrated, this wine from bodegas González Byass nonetheless has a fabulous acidity which balances its density. Unending, amazingly complex finish, with remembrances of old wood, spices, raisins, figs and bitter herbs.

Our personal opinion

Truly a meditation wine, González Byass Matusalem Oloroso 30 años bears witness to the greatness of the wines from Sherry territory
