The famed Macallan Distillery presents the whisky Macallan Harmony Jing Honey Orchid Tea. This remarkable Limited Edition single malt whisky is the 2025 release of the Harmony Collection, which explores the connection between whisky and the natural world and advances the future of packaging through the repurposing of waste materials.

Launched in 2025, this NAS Whisky is the joint effort of the Macallan Distillery and the renowned tea producer company JING, curator some of the world's finest single garden teas. This Highland Whisky homages the Phoenix Honey Orchid tea, an exquisite Oolong tea from the Phoenix Mountains in Chaozhou, in the Chinese province of Guangdong.

This limited edition Scotch whisky was meticulously crafted and distilled in copper stills. After that, this No Age Specification Whisky matured in Sherry seasoned European and American oak casks, with a small share of ex Bourbon oak casks. Interestingly, the presentation box is made from repurposed waste tea leaves.

Cinnamon coloured with some amber reflections, the whisky Macallan Harmonay Jing Honey Orchid Tea has an impressively sophisticated nose, displaying aromas of yuzu, kumquat, spice, peach syrup, marshmallow and manuka honey. The palate of this Single Malt Macallan whisky is elegant, layered and complex, with hints of toffee, smoke, tea leaves and white chocolate, ending with a delicately herbal note and a dash of clove and cardamom.
