The wine Valdehermoso Joven is the entry-level Spanish red wine of Bodegas Valderiz, a family project located in Roa, DO Ribera del Duero.
This young red wine is made from certified organic Tinta del País grapes sourced from estate vineyards with different types of soils. Vineyard management follows biodynamic principles.
The hand-picked grapes fermented spontaneously in stainless steel tanks with a very mild extraction. After finishing the process, the red wine Valdehermoso Joven 2024 was bottled unoaked.
This red wine from Ribera del Duero will pair excellently with tapas and BBQ’d meat.
