Made from Tinta del País, this Spanish red wine is sourced from Paraje Valdehermoso, a vineyard with sand, gravel, clay and limestone soils located in Roa, DO Ribera del Duero.
The estate grown grapes underwent alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks, and went through the malolactic fermentation in concrete diposits. The red wine Valderiz Sitio de Valdehermoso 2023 was subsequently aged for 9 months in used (90%) and new (10%) French oak barrels.
This red wine from Ribera del Duero was kept for some months in the cellar before being released onto the market.
