This is the 2019 vintage of the sparkling wine Gramona Imperial, the entry-level Spanish sparkling wine of the Gramona winery - a member of the Corpinnat association of producers.
Made from a blend of Xarel·lo, Macabeo and Parellada, complemented with a 15% Chardonnay, all of the grapes are sourced from vineyards farmed following the guidelines of organic and biodynamic farming.
Selected on site and in the cellar, the grapes of this Corpinnat sparkling wine from Penedès were gently pressed and separately vinified according to the variety.
Then they were blended and bottled. Finally, the sparkling wine Gramona Imperial 2019 was aged for 50 months minimum and added shipping liquor and disgorged in December 2023.
