Produced by the famed Gramona winery, the sparkling wine Gramona Rosé Roent Brut takes the place of the discontinued Gramona Rosé Pinot Noir Brut.
The 2023 vintage of this Corpinnat brut rosé sparkling wine is a blend of Pinot Noir and Grenache sourced from the Mas Escorpí estate, a north-oriented vineyard planted in 1986 in clay-limestone soils with cobble stones. It is farmed following organic and biodynamic principles.
The hand-harvested grapes went through a sorting table and underwent a pre-fermentation cold maceration before being drawn-off. After completing alcoholic fermentation in diposits and secondary fermentation in the bottle, the sparkling wine Gramona Rosé Roent Brut 2023 was aged for 18 months minimum.
Finally, this Corpinnat rosé brut sparkling wine was disgorged and then added a minimum dosage of 4 grams per litre.
